The Crossing of the Equator Ceremony
As we crossed the Equator in the early hours of the morning on Friday June 2, the obligatory ceremony was held at a civilised time mid morning.
It has become tradition that those who have not crossed the Equator before and referred to as "Pollywogs" become "Shellbacks" with King Neptune and his Royal Court.
